These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ToolSetu (the "Service"), an independent website operated by the ToolSetu team ("we", "us", "our"), based in India. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the tools

Our calculators, generators, converters and other tools are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. You may use them for personal and legitimate business purposes, free of charge and without an account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to disrupt, overload, hack or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure; scraping or copying the site at scale; using the tools to create unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or harmful content; or reselling the Service as your own. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.

3. No professional advice

Financial and tax calculations are estimates and do not constitute financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Generated documents are general templates and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use. Always verify government-scheme eligibility and lookup data with official sources. 4. Accuracy & availability

While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that results, templates, lookups or scheme information are complete, current or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

5. Intellectual property

The ToolSetu name, logo, site design, code and original content are owned by ToolSetu and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without permission. The documents and calculation results you generate with the tools are yours to use freely for personal and business purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolSetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the tools or information provided on the Service.

7. Advertising & third-party links

The Service may display third-party advertising (including Google AdSense) and links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution clause below, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
