Label Product Names

Print each order’s product name & quantity onto its shipping label.

Add one or many Amazon/Flipkart Easy Ship PDFs (labels + Tax Invoice pages). They are combined into a single file, with a packing summary at the end.

The name is printed right-aligned in a blank area, keeping the label the same size and steering clear of the barcode and address. Add as many PDFs as you like — drag the cards to set the order; a summary page (pick list + per-order list) is added at the end.
100% private. Files are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded to any server.

About the Label Product Names Tool

If you sell on Amazon or Flipkart and print your own Easy Ship or self-ship labels, you know the daily pain: the shipping label shows the order ID and the buyer address, but not what is actually inside the parcel. Your packing team keeps flipping back to the invoice to work out which product belongs in which envelope, which is slow and easy to get wrong. This tool fixes that. It reads the Tax Invoice pages inside your label PDF, pulls out the product name and quantity for every order, and stamps that text directly onto the matching shipping label, so a packer can read the label and pick the right item in seconds.

How to add product names to shipping labels

  1. Download your combined label and invoice PDF from Amazon Seller or Flipkart, the file that has a shipping label followed by its Tax Invoice for each order.
  2. Upload it here, or drag and drop it into the box. It never leaves your device.
  3. Optionally choose where on the label the product name should print.
  4. Click the button to process every order in the file at once.
  5. Download a fresh PDF that contains only the shipping labels, each one labelled with its product name and quantity, ready to print.

The tool automatically separates label pages from invoice pages, groups each label with its own invoice, and reads the quantity column so a two-piece order is marked as 'Qty: 2'. Orders with several items get every product printed on the label, joined together, so nothing is missed during packing. Because everything runs inside your browser using open-source PDF libraries, your buyer names, addresses and order details are never uploaded to any server, which keeps customer data private and means it even works on basic shared hosting.

Frequently asked questions

Which marketplaces and label formats does this work with?

It is built for Amazon and Flipkart Easy Ship or self-ship PDFs, where each shipping label is followed by its Tax Invoice, Bill of Supply or Cash Memo. As long as the invoice lists the product with its ASIN in brackets, the tool can read the name and quantity. Other couriers that use the same label-then-invoice layout often work too.

Is my customer and order data safe?

Yes. The entire process happens inside your own browser, so your PDF, buyer names and addresses are never uploaded to any server and nothing is stored. This matters because shipping labels contain personal customer information that should stay private.

What happens to the invoice pages?

The downloaded file contains only the shipping labels, each stamped with its product name and quantity. The invoice pages are read to extract the product details and are then left out, so you print a clean stack of labels without wasting paper on invoices.

Why does a label say PRODUCT NOT FOUND?

That means the tool could not find a matching invoice for that label, or the invoice did not list the product in the expected format. Make sure your PDF includes the Tax Invoice page for every order, and that it was exported normally rather than scanned, since scanned image PDFs contain no readable text to extract.

The product name overlaps something on my label. Can I move it?

Yes. Use the position option to print the name lower, higher or near the middle of the label, then run it again until it sits in a clear area. Label sizes vary between sellers, so a quick adjustment usually places it perfectly.
